about the prairie looking older than alouette thing i read somewhere that a few years before ZX takes place reploids started getting "age chips" that let them age like normal humans. and can everyone who dosent care to look at a spoiler for megaman ZX plz read my blacked out post earlier in the forum

We have no idea how The Cyber Elf's are created, so we have no idea if zero could have been transformed to one in time. It is never explained how long it takes or if it is possible to do it upon death. the guardian's minds could be cyber elves based so when they die they automatically become an elf, but Zero where he is an earlier reploid/android may not have that capability.
