Can Zero Really have died for good after Mega Man Zero 4? because in mega man X1 and X5 he was supposed to die for good but in the second X game he was rebuilt dy Dr. cain and in X6 he was rebuilt by Dr. Wily(maybe.) so does this make it his last life.  |

They could concieveably make another but Zero really is dead this time. While Inafune lives, Zero will stay dead.

yeah, if they did have zero 5 who would zero fight?
weil again, or they would have to make a new enemy, i think it makes sense to take out the enemy completely even if it means you went with it.
but as for zero's death, yes it was true he was supposed to die (though inafune didn't really want x6, and i'm not sure if he actually worked on that one or not...)
but sigma returned in x2 so theres no reason why zero couldn't, besides androids could be rebuilt as long as the original control chip was still intact, which it would have been for both cases in X1 and X5. (though in zero 4 he fell through the atmosphere, at that speed/temperture no unaided thing could survive)

Too bad he died but everyone dies once.
X and Zero were the coolest Megaman characters from all the Megaman series.
But maybe some day, we see Zero or X back. But that would be another plothole from Capcom.
