Not only does the sun obscure your vision, lots of people think its the Mother Elf. I agree, they could have come up with a better picture.

Saying that there is a figure in the sun is somewhat useless if you think it's zero. Below the sun and the cliff face, you can see zero's reploid body stripped of skin and armor(arm and head, whole left side of his body, minus the leg). Also, where did the gem go? I didn't realize that before... Did it pop out or get incinerated?

look closer at that picture and you'll see that the thing that looks like zero is actually a large rock. though i do think it was poor choice of capcom's to se that picture, why not something a little more definitive. like a picture of a zero's helmit with the scattered remains of zero nearby, and without the rock/sun positioning to create controversy. thats capcom for ya  |

Spoilers ahead: bet ciel made the biometals by getting zero and x's cyber elf bodys and put metal around them thus creating the biometals does anyone agree?

I sincerly doubt he's dead for good. Zero has died so many times it's not funny anymore. Plus, when Capcom said "We have no intention to continue the series at this time," that usually means they are still thinking of making another.
Just wait. It may not be soon, but it will probably happen.

I sincerly doubt he's dead for good. Zero has died so many times it's not funny anymore.  I put a red box around his body... If they can't revive a reploid with his body and helmet, I don't think Zero should've lived past X3. |

I know zero can be revived because MMZ wouldnt exist if it werent for the fact that zero can be rebuilt, hes died a few times already, he was made into a copy in the mmz 1, he will live, zero never dies, see just look at my sig, its he's still there

in the red box, to me that looks more like an arm then a body.
of course they could rebuild zero, he can always be rebuilt just like any other machine, but weather they will or not is a different story, and what would be the point, there is nothing for him to fight without making yet another evil guy, weil is dead is dead because wel if zero didnt survive then nothing could, aparantly all the guardians are trashed aswel as X, mother elf is free.
Even if they found the body to rebuild maybe its time for Zero to join X in rest.

Well, for one thing Weil himself said he could never die. His body regenerates. That means that there is no way to destroy him, which in turn means virtually unlimited possibilities for future MMZ games. Also, Passy healed Zero in MMZ when his body was almost as badly damaged as it was at the end of MMZ4... and Mother Elf gave Omega rejuvanating powers. Couldn't Mother Elf revive Zero?

true it is what he said but for him to stay alive there has to be something that would keep him alive, in this case the power core, which is what you obliverated in mmz4. and even if weil is stil alive all the big satelights and stuff floating in orbit has been destroyed already anything after that would seem somewhat tame. and i very much doubt that the body was as badly damaged in mmz as in mmz4, you could still see zero in one peice. again im not saying that zero cant be rivived, im saying thered be no point. besides hed just die again sooner or later it what he does.
from what i got for it dark elf is just mother elf who has been turned evil by some force or another, and i think mother elf is all powerful but generally a peacful healer, and i think is freed from the darkness when you destroy omega zero, thus living a life of peace away from the wars etc.
