Ya why did Zeros look changed so much when the game MMZ was created well who knows? look ad the changes he had his head his body his arms ....EVERYTHING! and X he became a ghost HAHAHAH why a ghost why was he a ghost i mean couldent he also be still a kickass fighting machine?
WHY!....WHY is the question.

X isn't a ghost... He's a cyber elf. He made his body some kind of seal in order to lock the dark elf away.(megaman zero 2)
As for Zero's new appearance, Capcom likes to make plotholes I guess. Personnally I like his new looks. It makes him look more agile.
By the way, this topic should be in the megaman Zero section. But I can't seem to do so...

Plotholes to be filled someday....now that zero may have died in MMZ4
maybe the plotholes of MMZ are filled in Megaman Axl xD

Uhm....Zero is different because his body isn't his but was recreated by Doctor Baaru(Vile)/Weil.
The plothole here is why Omega, who should have Zero's true body is identical to "Copy" Zero/MMZ's Zero. Now that's something you can only imagine, the Weil wanted to change it because it's nicer that way.(And maybe Omega refused to be painted pink too...)

Ok, the fact that Zero's different is no plothole, and the fact that Omega doesn't look like the old Zero isn't a plothole either. Dr. Weil redesigned Zero, and then blah blah blah, he's in the shell known as 'Omega'. Now, "Copy" Zero is you, that's why you both look the same. You were copied after Dr. Weil redesigned Zero. Makes sense?

It is a plothole, because there's no official explainment. One day Zero was on his Old Armor day after New Armor. Why?
Now, I can understand MMZ, so then....One Day True Zero's Body is A tomorrow he becomes B. There's no explanation, thus it's a hole in the plot, one that's very "important" for some because well..it's terribly noticiable.
Of course..I think I'm just as confusing...

the answer to that fateful question may be revealed on megaman zero 4, after all Dr. Weil is on the 4th zero game so theres still a chance that the plothole will be filled we just need to wait for the engish version to be released. as for zero's new outfit i think it makes him look more gracefull however his old outfit he looked more masculine (with the slight bit of feminism with the green chest lights).

The thing we should be researching is why Omega has a new body beacuse he has zero's real body. Zero's new armor must have been made after the real armor's change

Zero's body gradually became weaker and weaker during the time he slept. . .that's all I know.I could understand a FEW alterations but this new form is DRASTICALLY changed...Wtf.

I have a reason for the fact that Zero look way so different( actual 2)
1. Its the future of NT Warior meaning that there not computor stuff any more the now robots.
2. because alot more people know about NT than good ol' X( and X7 sucks S**T I mean it was a total blow off)
so Capcom made it different so meh
