Hey why did Zero changed so much in MMZ

Okay, I think I've got an answer for this question. If you put a pictures of Zero from MegaMan Zero and a picture of Zero from MegaMan X right next to each other, you'll see that much of his original armor has been stripped. And his copied body was produced based upon that armor-stripped body, which would explain how Copy Zero and Omega Zero look so similar.

In other words: Some of his armor has just been stripped. It's not a plothole. It's just something that Capcom never mentioned.

Then how do you explain the feet. Like, in the X series, his feet were HUGE. And his swords looks like it's made of plastic -_-

Also, his helmet is different to.

Well, my theory is that in the end of x6 which i don't think relates to x7-x8, because since if you beat sigma with zero, you'll see that zero gets inside a capsule for more than 100 years. Then years past and zero's armor and other stuff broke while inside, but when released he was still sleeping till ciel finds him all ruined up.

that's what i think he's different.

well a few problems zero is in x7, x8 and command mission and those don't take place 100 yrs after x6, so zero must have entered the capsule after that.

Well i know he's in x7-x8 and command, but i think its like a different story or something.

The plothole here is why Omega, who should have Zero's true body is identical to "Copy" Zero/MMZ's Zero. Now that's something you can only imagine, the Weil wanted to change it because it's nicer that way.(And maybe Omega refused to be painted pink too...)

After all in the end "100 Hundred Sleep" Zero goes into a CAPSULE and in his OLD armor.
When Ciel finds him he is covered with cables and in a different armor.
And he's a copy. The all-powerful body was Omega's.
So the question is, why does Omega/True Zero BODY is different?
Maybe Weil made some modifications or hated it's design
Who knows, who cares, no answer will be given ever.

Go read my post in the Dr Weil thread, I explain everything there. Basicly, Capcom wanted a different art style for the Zero series, and didn't care about continuity as long as things looked nicer.

Well I have a Theory.

Like the dark elf when a body becomes posessed by her it changes.
When Zero`s body became posessed by omega it changed. Making zero have no body.
A copy of his body was made(Omega/Zero style). Zero got in that body and loads of stuff happened wich only capaom may know.

Whatever the case may be on the change in zero's looks, I personally like the Mega Man X series Zero.

reploid as stated in the rules do not revive old threads, and anyways if you actually do listen to the Drama CDs the change in armor was made during the Elf Wars, and by the time X and Zero defeated Omega, Zero was sealed.

Which is why he looks much less macho in the MMZ series!
