As several people know, I am hooked on MMXCM. What most people who know I'm hooked on it don't know is that I'm obsessed with finding a way to get Spider back after you lose him. This is my far-fetched theory that may just be far-fetched enough to work.
Part 1: Get Spider up to Lv. 99 before I lose him. Part 2: Equip cutting edge to X and go into Melda Ore Plant. With cutting edge, I go before Botos (after the first time) before he can run away so that I can make an attempt to kill him. Part 3: If I can actually kill Botos, I will fight Spider where you would normally find Botos with the decapitated head.
So, what's the verdict? Do you think there's a chance it will work, or am I overthinking it?
Even if it doesn't work, I've still got to level Spider up to 99 just so I can see what his stats are at that point. I've done it for all the other characters, why not Spider too?

Oh, you get him back....but you will HATE him after you find out what is going on. P.S. spell Spider backwards. Now remeber the guy other then Shadow at the begining....the guy who sent you. Oh, and if you get Absolute Zero and Ultimate X, congrats. They make the game SOOOOOOOOOOOO much funner and easier. Absolute Zero looks a bit like Treble Boost Bass, but darker.

yeah, I know spider spelled backwards is redips. I learned that a long time ago. It would be funny to have Spider face Redips though, if it is even possible.

With action replay, but that rips the fun out of a game through its butthole. Just enjoy finding the Ultimate Hyper Modes.

I've already found them. This is my fourth or fifth run through the game, because I keep writing over my best data. This time, I'm trying the crazy idea that I mentioned above.

Yea, Good luck then. *snickers and hides smile* I barely used Spider when I did have him, did'nt care when I lost him. Besides, my normal team is X, Zero, Axl. Question: when I rented it, I only found secondary (and awesome) hyper modes for X and Zero. Shouldn't there be another for Axl too? I poked around as much as I could, but didn't find anything. Yes, I tried Ninetails (or rather, Twotails) but nothing...

There is not a second for Axl. I thought I'd learned all the secrets about playing through it, but keeping spider has helped me discover a few more little tricks. Something else I learned is that the high his level is, the better chance you have of getting RSF, at least that's how it seems. I'm at 33, and have a long way to go, especially considering I can't make the monopoly force metal until I've beaten chapter 6 and gotten the Gimialla Key.

Nice. I like the X heart. Just when the enemy thinks they killed X, he comes back and goes Ultimate Armor, blowing the crap out of them faster then they can crap their armor panties.
The Monopoly FC seems a bit greedy. I would need it for Cinnimon. I hardly use her. Only if my first team is defeated. Fat chance...Ok, Three to Nine tails could kill my team over and over and over....

Actually, Cinnamon is part of my deadly trio. (When I don't have Spider). I use X, Cinnamon and Zero. Put Cinnamon in Hyper mode along with having the two of them in their ultimate hypermodes, combined with using the energy field subweopon, they will all be able to use their Action Triggers every single turn. That's how I took down most of the tails, including sixtails and ninetails.

Okay, this is my weird little list of things I've figured out with Spider, so far anyway...
1. Spider's speed goes up very quick. When he leveled up from 39-40, his speed went from 91-95. Not only that, it is inconsistent. Sometimes his speed will go up by 1, sometimes 2, 4, and zero, which kind of annoys me. What it tells me is that capcom made you lose spider early for a reason, and the more I level spider up, the more annoyed I get that they make you ditch him after Ch. 6
2. The most elusive Fortune Card attack is the Straight Flush, as it is the only one I've not been able to pull out yet. I know RSF is better, but I've never gotten to see the Straight Flush in action.
3. Well, there is no 3 yet, but I'm sure I'll find something out, whether I want to or not.

This is only the beginning. Spider is now at level 52/53, I don't remember which, even though I just played it about 15 minutes ago. He's already faster than X would be at 99 without a single Build Speed used on him.
What is also annoying is now the amount of experience required to level him up is still going up instead of remaining at a repetitive amount of approximately 65700 experience.
The only real plus is that I know a sneaky way to get experience in clumps over 100000 and that's why I'm at 52/53 right now.
