Part 1 of my far-fetched theory is complete. Spider is at 99. If anyone wants to know, here are his stats at 99 with the Joker and no additional powerups...
Immunity: 48
Hyper: 2 (grrrr)
Speed: 126
Power: 259
Armor: 170
Shield: 205
LE: 6196
WE: 40
I did not kill off Spider without making a backup file with him at 99.
Part 2 (see first post): Well, I can't yet do that because I've not creamed (and I do mean creamed) chapter 7 yet.
Yesterday, my brother said that at least I'll be able to say I have a game with Spider at Lv. 99.

If only I do have MMXCM I would know what's going on, and man is it hell rare to find a copy, I've only seen it once on a shelf in EB, didn't have the money then, and when I came back with the money it was gone. Never seen it again  |

The game is better than people say it is. I got a friend hooked on it. He rented it once and didn't like it. Then I let him borrow it from me for a few weeks. Him and his little brother got hooked on it.
As far as getting the game, I would suggest getting it right from Capcom's online store. I don't imagine they'd be out of stock there, but then again, I could be wrong. Otherwise, just keep trying. It took me several attempts when I got the game a couple years ago, but I eventually did get it, which is kind of obvious.

It is a good game, I bought it launch week and never regretted it, then I loaned it to a friend after I beat it, he he got into it, (too bad he got stuch fighting botos... so he never beat it.)

I never had any trouble for Botos. He is just F*CKING ANNOYING! Good thing you know who kills him. Scarface was the coolest.

I can definitely relate to the Botos frustration. The first or second time I went up against him, my characters were at less than 30 and I was getting more and more ticked off at him. My brother would laugh because his characters were at close to 40 by the time he got there. He absolutely slaughtered Epsilon the first time he went up against him.
By the way, my theory didn't work, which really stinks, but hey, I've got Spider up to 99, and that's not something a lot of people can say.

Well, I know this is gonna sound older then George Wasingtons wig, but: Nother ventured, nothing gained. Now you have bragging rights. Hey, if you have a PlayStation and FinalFantasy 7, do the same with Airis. EVEN MORE BRAGGING RIGHTS!

Yeah, that's true. I don't have a PS1 or PS2. Plus, I'm not that familiar with the Final Fantasy series. I know people that are though.

The only bragging rights I have for FFVII is having all characters lvl99 (or was the max lvl 100?), beaten all the weapon's with ease, obtaining all final limit breaks, every materia and Ultimate weapons, and owning a fast Gold Chocobo ;D * I was quite relieved when Aerith died (sorry to her fans, but I just didn't like her) and I threw all her weapons at random enemies ;D (I'm gonna be killed by an angry mob now  ). Searched again for MMXCM, and still no luck.....might aswell try eBay...or order it from Gametraders, but that'll cost me more than it's original price......sigh.... |

To be perfectly honest, I didn't do it for bragging rights. For one thing, I wanted to know what Spider's stats would be at Lv. 99. Whether I was going to try to get spider back was irrelevant, because I had pretty much given up.

Well, as I say all the time to people who think video games are useless (losers) "I prefer to waste my time wisely." In Lunar Knights, I nearly have Lucian at Lv 99, but Aaron is about 64. I like kill many things. Also, I beat that dam tower....God, I hate Polidori. The Immortal, not the author.
