Yes, but he is never online on that one, and thanks to showing those flashes, I commented them both.
(Netto, mayby we should make 1 main thread for everyone who steals flamey's flash.)
Also, I'll be looking on youtube to check if anyone steals the flashes..

No one likes their work being stolen. So if you think about it, you'd want people to try to protect your work. And anyone with any amount of morality would do the right thing anyway.
But one thing, the theif speaks spanish, so what are the chances he doesn't speak/read english? (or if he does, he has a great difficulty with it?) should we also warn him in spanish as well?

Theres a reason why I have copies of all of my graphics in their layered version. All of my work is open for editing by anyone because I don't really care if someone else wants it. Plus, It's nice to see your stuff used by others, and in FlameZeros case, it's free advertisng. If they cut out the beginning and end of the video where his ad is, why not message them to add credits, as opposed to being openly voilent[Borderlining assault]? PS: I lack morals. |

I kinda speak spanish, so I could tell the a-hole....or slam his face into my knee, rip out his heart with my bare hand, tie one leg to a truck going south, tie the other leg to a truck going north, get a super soaker with lemon juice, soak my sword in oil and light it, cut off his arms and whats left of his legs, stab him multiple times, and finally, punch both of his temples at the same time. Oh and, a weed whacker to the face. But the whole tell him what he did wrong idea is still an option....just not the option I would go with...

If you message him, KEEP CIVIL.
And Saevio, while you may allow others free use of your material, that is your decision. (any costs are yours to bear alone. )
But free advertising is different than what they are doing. They are blantantly taking his work, (without his permission and) reposting it and even though they may say "oh i didn't make this" it still doesn't justify it. It is FlameZero's work and thusly it is his decision to where it gets put. (The minute he produced it, the ideas contained within were copyright to him. he does not own any characters but due to capcom's decisions, he is permitted to use likenesses of theirs.)
And to prevent any "oh but people on youtube do this all the time" crap. THEY SHOULDN'T BE. (All material uploaded is supposed to be your OWN original material. And by uploading it your are claiming that you did make it. So if you upload something not your own work then you are breaking the rules, regardless of whether you said "so-and-so made it". CREDIT DOES NOT EQUAL PERMISSION. )
