I've been wondering after you beat the wall miniboss in the ruins as soon as I hit the wall's top part I slide down the wall and then went into the wall with the damaged miniboss and it said that you have collected the cyber elf zero hat does it do or is it just some random easter egg that does nothing?

shadow walker when ciel says "you have found a legendary elf , zero the name zero she says zero to point out that she is talking to zero the elf you get is putick the elf that helps you in the fatal zone glad to help! ;D

Her message is. "Zero, that elf you just found is a rare one." hinting that Zero has found a hard to get elf. It is VARY helpful indeede. With this elf you will not die if you and on spikes or lava but you will take some damange. IMO it be a good trade off.  |

okay this is what happened after i got it i check my cyber elf collection and it didn't show up under nurse, animal, or hacker that about sums up everything.
P.S. the miniboss is the one you pull the bridge out of its body to attack with the z-saber
