hmm, besides the fact that everyone has been misspelling his name, Deastants (I'm looking at the MMZ3 booklet as I type this) hasn't ever needed hands, because, and I quote, "Developed for the sole purpose of execution, he cuts down his prey with his huge two-handed Grim Reaper Sickle."
Also, he has hands in his white-suit-cool-guy form.
One last thing: his sub-name is Kill Blade Shaman. You can't argue with someone named like that.

Seriously, you've been spelling his name wrong. Only Mantisk himself can decide wether or not to spare the ignorant infadels who dare call themselves his worshippers when they can't even spell or pronounce his name properly, but he's not here. So I'll let you get off scot free. To DEH, stop trying to halt the war before someone wins. You know how people get with wars. Once they start, the sneseless violence never stops until both sides are to worn out to continue.
