Apparently in Harpuia's wikipedia article, it states that they indeed died... It simply says the same thing the guy who started this thread. So, I guess they're dead. >_>

According to the Rockman Zero Official Complete Works artbook however, Harpuia, along with Fefnir and Leviathan, died at the end of Megaman Zero 3 under Omega's explosion.

In an interview with the producers of the game in the Official Complete Works artbook, the Physis artwork depicting the 4 Guardians and X watching the fall of Ragnarok is nothing more than just a 'Service Cut', a.k.a Fan Service.

On a side note, wikipedia also stated that Leviathan had an actual virus in MMZ2, but people on the discussion page agree with me that it is simply a metaphor for Fefnir's passion...

Leviathan tried to stop him at the Temple of ice. However, she became infected, possibly with the Baby Elves, though the English Translation of Mega Man Zero 2 makes it sound as if she was infected by some kind of virus. It made her incapable of thinking of anything other than fighting Zero, and helped her transform into a terrifying battle form, that was eventually defeated.

You know, i'm starting to think that capcom made all these plotholes to keep us busy which i dont like, still back to the point, i think the 3 generals were killed in omega's explosion, cos, zero was rescued by the mother elf, she took zero back to the resistance base, but the gardians or generals or watever, had no aid at all so i pretty sure they're dead, but that picture with ragnorock falling, and the gardians there in neo arcadia, couldn't be possible, due to the fact of the ragnorock beam destroying neo arcadia whole. so basically they're dead.
Unless in MMZ3, they were in one of the human districts, so maybe the gardians were paying an unexpected visit to that human district so either that or their dead.


Modification: also, the ragnorock beam couldnt possibly be big enough to destroy both human destricts and neo arcadia.

Okay, I've come to the conclusion that a reploid is not dead until their cyber-elf is destroyed. Phantom is dead. X is dead. But the remaining 3 gaurdians aren't dead, because Zero hasn't gone into cyberspace and lopped off their heads. I suppose that means I can include the 3 gaurdians in MMZ5, as cyber elves, and use ceil to give them bodies. She's a really handy plot device to throw around. My only question would be if Live Metals are a bond between physical form and cyber elf? Because then X and Phantom would have to be still...

hes still alive then, if your theory is correct, cause he was at teh res base at MMz3 and had no head wooped in cyber space.
X... he said his time has ended, because he is almost out of energy, so no X.

oh, and i also have a main enemy for you...
i call him panther pantheon. mainly the shape and looks f a pantheon, though instead X's shape, teh pantheon is Zero's shape, with red color,blue eye and no Weapon. his fists are. you probably are guessing why pantheon panther...
his cyber elf form is a panther, and he has panther fauclaws ability, and sharp claws...

ive played all of MMZ3 latly a lot in proto form. abut mmz2... i remember lot of it.

then theres MMZ 4. i finnished it 7 times minimum from beggining to end.

and about mmz 1... i hardly rember stuff, but i hope we will live with it.

I GOT IT!! I found the solution to beating it with an A. I also already have 4 EX skills. The only trick is to finish without collecting the goods and don't use any Cyber-Elves under any circumstances. I also found out that you can have 60 percent average on your mission and still get an A. Just so long as you didn't use any Cyber-Elves. But mainly this is your goals.
