Well I got all the EX skills in all the MMZ games without cyber elves or cheats.I just used my skill.I guess that's worth noting.

My MMZ3 has probally a glitch. Only the first of the 4 bosses I beat I get a special weapon. no matter how hard I try.

Well what rank are you when you fight the others? Are you trying to get Rank A without the cyber elves? If so, then that may be the problem. Try using one of the Rank A elves to boost your level then fight a boss with a EX Skill you don't have. I could be completly wrong about your dilemma, but that's becuase you didn't provide enough info.

I beat MMZ on normal mode tonnes of times...... on the same file. With all the max health boiosting elves used. I've beaten Mega Man Zero 2 tonnes of times and I have all the forms except one. I have all the secret disks (and that means I have all the chips, elves, and data files in the game, since they're all found in disks) in MMZ3, I've beaten normal mode about 10 or so times, hard mode once, and ultimate mode (which is unlocked when you get all the secret disks and then beat Omega, and is also the easiest mother f**king mode in the whole game, since they give you a full double health bar, two subtanks and a few of the head and boot chips all right when you start a new game in that mode) I've beaten......... I don't know how many times. MMZ4, I've taken down on easy mode (which is no big accomplishment, what with the next to immpossible to die factor), normal mode, and ultimate mode, all with fully evolved cyber elf, all ex skills (except for easy mode, you can't get them on easy mode >__<), full data base, and all subtanks. How's THAT for a record?

Finished MMZ 1, 2, 3, 4
3 and 4 on all difficulties
1 and 2, finished with Cyber Elves
Got every single EX skill =P
