Grr.. Nebula!

hey guys hows it goin
i am havin a real hard time with NebulaGrey in MMBN5
is there any tricks you can tell me that will make him easier?

yeah only hit the blue orb circling him, save program advances for that, and learn his attack patterns, specifically where to stand (and not to stand ) when he launches them. try not to use your chips too fast otherwise you'll have him down to like 500 with no chips left, save most of your chips for when he gets lower health, like less than 1500. and get the timing right so your program advances will hit him, practice this if necessary. there that should help.

i would use the same strat i used for defeatin duo. avoid his attacks and hit when he is vunarable

ok but when he launches his head and cracks all my panels is when i really get killed cuz i dont have airshoes equipped. would i need it?

yeah i would use the air shoes panel return.................i dont really need them cuz i got shadow soul anyways

which version is it? because i found that if you can manage to protosoul and hit him with lifesword charged, thats 800 damage, but if not then gyro soul is your friend, but as a back up for gyro soul have a panel return. but having a few good program advances waiting never hurts.

but anyways colonel is good to becuz you can use toad soul to stun him or hit him wit tomahawk soul

Alright, this is a strategy I used for Team Colonel.

Start the battle with powerhouse chips like cannons or even navi chips. Repeat the powerhouse hitting until you can maintain Sword, Widesword, and Longsword to form the Lifesword PA and hit Nebula with it. Hit on with recovers and pull off GunSol chips and take only 2 seconds with them.
If you can't get the gunsol and the recovers, hit your Tomohawk Soul, keep moving and charge your Tomohawk Swing. Move fast since the recovery isn't as quick as BN4 or 3's Grass recovery. Use the Colonel Soul, mount a Super Vulcun or any type of vulcan to your buster and you should be able to end it pretty quick

Tomohawksoul only when most of your panels are cracked.

Team Protoman:
Hit Grey with a drill arm, pull back and wait till you can get a PA. Try to have either a NeoVar or a VarSword and start pulling out combos. Begin recovering and hit the Gunsols and Django. Switch to either Meddy or Search Soul and you should be able to end it. If you're in desperate needs, move upto Meteors, Cirgun, anything you can throw at em or just Chaos Proto Soul your way out.

ok here are a few ideas that MIGHT work, if your good enough. ChaosProtosoul: use the charge shot, dont go to custom, you can kill him in 4, i repeat, 4 HITS!
ChaosNapalmsoul: use the charge shot, it is mildly stong and very rapid.
ChaosShadowsoul: use the charge shot, sit back, and enjoy.
ChaosToadsoul: do i need to explain?
