i really like blade armor but the ultimate armor has the nova strike.
my favorite armor is the falcon armor .

Shadow armor by far. The only person it doesn't work well on is the annoying Infinity Mijinion. It simply annihilates everyone else including Sigma.

Duuh.
Infinate Minion has the best weapon.
Also, it IS supposed to be the hardest of the 8 bosses.
But blade is better, altough Shadow looks cooler.

Shadow armors charged shot is pure ownage. But in the last level of X6, you couldn't complete the stage with it. So I chose Shadow Armor.

What are you talking about? I've beaten the entire fortress with the Shadow Armor. If you're thinking it's impossible to get past the pit in Gate's fortress, all you have to do is equip X with the Jumper and the Quickdash (or whatever it's called).

Okay, the Blade armor sucks n00bs with it's only real merit being it's air dash allowing it to help you get a part of the Shadow armor. But the Ultimate armor can just Nova Strike over that pit in MSP's stage. But Shadow armor has way mopre merits to it, like the charged saber (which is stronger than Blade armor's), it slashes with the saber faster, it's invulnerable to spikes, it can stick to the ceiling, it's got ninja-ness, it can beat nearly any boss in the game (besides that one Peytral or someone mentioned). If not for the shadow armor, I never would've been able to get through Metal Shark Player's satge to whoop his iron finned-@$$. I'd say it's the Ultimate armor's equal in awesomeness. It's only two real downsides are no Maverick weapons and no air dash. That's why it's my favorite armor in the whole entire X series. Had it been in Mega Man X5 or 4, it would've been the greatest armor ever to grace the Play Station. Shadow armor= PWNage power greater than even Zero.

no,YOU must suck.blade armor is best for battle situations in my opinion,as it is pretty much in contrast to shadow armor(as a samurai goes to war while ninjas sneak around)
to me,all armors fair well in their own catagories,except ultimate.....it simply pwns all...anyone who says otherwise,must
1.suck/can't use it to its potential
2.go with favorites instead of better armor
and with jumper,all armors are capable of getting through gates' stage(I dunno about first armor though.I don't care for it...XD)
