sure, axl wasnt a good character, but since he was introduced they had to do double team. so you could have zero and x on the same team. or layer and zero because they attack the same way.

Yeah... But I never understanded how to get Layer, I always Setted Zero as main char and finished the game but still no Layer in my hands.  But believe me, if they create X9 in the X4-X5-X6 style, X9 is gonna are.O.C.K. (And when you can kill Axl off) |

I think you just max out zero's stats. Or beat the game with him.

to get an operator you chose the one you want the most in your game save Example: if I want Aila I chose her for EVERY mission and I have to buy her after the game this works with all operators.
