Man what happened to all the MMX bosses like Gate,Dynamo,Sigma (lord knows when he'll really die), and Dr.cain?

Gate died in X6, I think Dynamo ran away, not sure if he's dead or not. It is confirmed that Sigma really died for good when X used the Mother Elf on him. And I don't believe Dr. Cain was ever a boss, if you refer to Dobbler, he died too.

Well Game might not have died they could have restored his programs in a new body and as for Dr.cain Im sorry he was not a boss I just remembered him and throw him down
