Commander Yammark from Megaman X6 has to be the easiest, just run up to him and slash him to death, takes about 20 seconds xD

i think storm eagle is by far one of the easiest. he can get a little annoying by flying around and all but you can take him out by just shooting him. is that possible in x1 or only in xtreme?
