I guess I've known this for a while and it may not be new but, has anybody noticed that the names to the most of the characters in the megaman series have a connection to music.
Rockman- Rock (rock and roll)
Roll- Roll (rock and roll)
Bass- Bass (musical property)
Treble/Gospel- Treble (musical property)/ Form of church music
Blues- Form of Jazz
If you've noticed anymore give me your thoughts.

by the way, Gospel (if I remember correctly) is something chord for a piano.

To be more specific, Treble and Bass are the two cleffs on a grand staff, and are also two voice positions, of which Treble includes Soprano and Alto.

I still find it odd that there was so many music references. I don't think innovation was on their mind. After all, how could it be when the bosses had names like Magnetman?
