Easy:
1- find a suitable host (imageshack works if the flash is under 1.5 megs but over that you can get another like an account on freewebtown for hosting most of your files, also some other image hosts also allow flash uploads.)
2- upload the flash
3- copy the links and paste them where you want to show them.

but i have macromedi flash professor 8 what are the directions from publish (as far as i got)

From the publish point...
1- you publish by pressing ctrl+enter, then you take the resulting .swf file
2- upload it to a host then
3- take the link to the swf file and post it.
that's all there really is to it.

you put the music in before you publish it....
you import it then set it on the frame through the dropdown menu on the properties bar at the bottom...
