You put too much recoil in his blast and the sprite itself is jiggling abit

the jaggies...
the easiest way to fix it is to open the animation, and realign the sprites.
All the jaggies are: is that one sprite has moved to far to the relative of the rest and so when the animation plays it looks out of place. which is probably the most common and easiest thing to fix in an animation.

Why not grab a gif maker and implement it onto flash, since sprites look better being made as gifs
