Flash Converter

Hi chaa!
Umm kay, I was wondering I've seen free flash converters advertised and that made me think. Even though Its a crappy program can I use windows Movie maker then make it a flash file with the flash converter.(Im not shure if thats the programs intended porpises, Not dolphin sorry if spelling error) If not is their another >>>leagal<<< program available to do so?

You can import the video to Flash MX I guess...

The only reason id consider that is becuase the flash converter was free but upon further inspection it was pirated An didnt want illeagal stuff on my compy.

You can use the free trial on Flash MX though...
