flash is also good and there are enough tutorials here to show you how (just look arround and you'll find them)

I use Jasc (Now Corel) Animation Shop 3 and sometimes GIF Movie Gear because it has some excelent functions that other GIF animating programs don't have

I decided to rather draw it now then animating it, despite I have flash, but I have my preference

Well, you could always export it in Flash, but the quality is terrible unfourtunately.
I use Adobe ImageReady, and if you download free trial, then tell me and I'll make a tutorial for you if you really want me to.
