I've been looking around for quite some time and I haven't been able how to figure out how people zoom in during the movies, like the close ups of zero when he's fighting how the screen moves in. I was wondering if it's something special you have to do or if you actually have to change everything so it looks like it's zooming in? I'm kinda new so I don't know how to do any of those cool special effects.

For zooming you have to use the expand tool on everything. The background, the charactar, etc, etc. But be sure that when your expanding that it's going to where you want it to. It will become obvious on how to do that when you get out there.
For flashing....
Left click. Put the dotted box around the charactars, scene, etc and move it to someone where else on the screen. THEN, when it's safely put away you can make the flash. To do this, you make a large (colore of your choice) rectangle on the white work space. Then, make that a frame. After you make the rectangle a frame delete the rectangle and move everything back to it's original place. Then, repeat the process.

Oh alright. So you have to expand everything, damn, wish there was an easier way. What about the explosions where the white circle got bigger and slowly dissapeared, like when the green dude with the two purple blades cut that praying mantis robot guy?

You make a circle on the charactar that is exploding.
Than expand the circle a little bit.Create a frame after you expanded it.
Once you expand the cirlce alot (so that it covers the exploding charactar) delete any remnants of the exploding charactar and begin making the circle smaller-Until it's gone.

Alright i'll try that. What about fading in and out from black or killing the soundtrack at appropriate times?
