I don't know how many people actually know this, but the art of flash animation has been dying off in recent history. I didn't notice it until my mentor told me why the series "Radiskull and Devil Doll" by Joe Sparks was never finished.
Take a look at how many series over the years have been left unfinished just in the Mario and Megaman sections of NG. There's plenty of proof right there, especially considering that there are so many parodies of Mario that it isn't even funny. I used to find a new flash animation for mario every week (or in many cases every couple of days), but not anymore. Honestly, it would be a relief to see some flash animation series finished (and I'm not just talking about MMZTLC3).
Like I said, the art is dying, and it is very unfortunate.

Yes, it is unfortunate, but also you have to remember, many of the people who created these series were in their mid-teens when they started them... they planned for multiple installments but may have forgot to plan for life... And anything that can happen in it. As the time passed, they got doing more, became busier and suddenly had less time for flash and thus it took longer for each installment to be released, until finally life overwhelmed and they basically stopped working n flash to deal with life issues.
It would be a shame to see these series end unfinished, especially since they're pretty good.

Thats what you fools get.
I saw it coming. Though I admit they are right in their own ways, All of the good flash artists never really shared any information or helped those in need. I really think its just my luck, but I've never really found a good flash-teaching guid thing in my life.
I dunno, flame me, argue about how much I'm wrong, I don't care. I'll still hold a little resentment toward all flash artists who refused to help others.

Also, you can go to www.joesparks.com and get Joe Sparks' personal tutorial on CD-ROM. More on topic: Yeah, I do realize that life and time gets in the way of many flash artists, but not all of them. For instance, it was not time and life that stopped Joe Sparks from finishing "Radiskull and Devil Doll" like many other flash artists. It was actually the company that bought Shockwave.

Not just life factors interfere but they are the major ones... And I suppose that you could say that a corporation buying your work is a pretty big life issue...

I'd be more than happy to devote my free and party time to flash making,.....but I gots no money. FOR IT. I have money, actually. I just hate the idea of paying for things online, I dunno why. But if I had flash, I'd be making stuff similar to SQFP, I dunno if you guys like that but hey. I do.

not to change the subject, but which is better, pre-animating or doing so inside of flash? Because I do so in flash itself. It would save trial time for the gif animator crap I have.
