Hey Flamezero, I was wondering where you got the sprites for your new movie. I have flash also, and can't find any good zero sprites

Recoloring, its easy with Photoshop but you can use Paint too

First open the sprites in MSpaint.
Then click view--->Custom.
Then click 800%.Ok.
Now the sprite will be HUGE.Perfect for recoloring.
Use the pencil tool when recoloring. . .anything else looks weird,and uneven.

Pencil, the hell...i use the rubber and its more easier than the way you said.
Grap the "Choose Color" tool thingie, choose the color you want to change (When you choose the color use the left mouse click)
Then grab the "choose color" again and choose on your color bar, the color you want to be replaced by the color that you chose above (USE RIGHT MOUSE CLICK FOR THIS REPLACING COLOR)
Grab the rubber and instead of erasing with the left mouse, click and hold the right mouse and you will be like "The hell doesnt work" then try putting the rubber over the sprites, only the color you chose is changed to the replacing color.
Do that with all shading and colors. Any questions ask me on AIM

He meant in MSPaint, not Photoshop. But that's for recoloring, what about editing sprites to make new custom sprites? That's REALLY hard with Photoshop.

I have an much better idea!
Download Jasc PaintShopPro 8.0 (or higher) Open the Change to target Choose a color you want to change it to. For example Megaman is blue, choose red, go tothe image, go over the field you want red. Use 500% view and 100%thickness andd size 1 for very precise editings.
The good things is that the lighter spots also get lighter!!!

Good little tutorial, but once again...
