Staff mod
I assume someone who is only allowed to moderate a specific section of a message board. . .probably not.

Global Moderator
Pretty much controls everything.Has tons of privelieges,and is basically a step below admin.

Admin
Never been an admin on a proboard. ..but I guess they have they fall into the same principals as Global Mod,except they can do things to other members profiles,add ranks,etc. . .
