How is this any different from the "Lets Play" series?

Let's plays generally the person knows to a certain extent how to play the game and knows about the game. (Unless its a blind let's play) This vid was made in 1989 on a VHS tape and you can tell with the quality of the video even if its online. The person whoever is playing it knows what he's or she's doing ,but looks more like a tutorial than a let's play. Though I have seen let's plays that act like tutorials ,but what takes the cake is whoever is narrating this tutorial to play Megaman 2 I think its rediculous and thats what makes it hilarious.

Just listen to the the narations and put awesome faces on everything. This video must have been for the impaired or whoever is narating this makes me feel like I'm stupid or something.
