Does anyone know how to download a ROM?

Well today I downloaded a ZSNES emulator for my laptop and it works I just don't have any good ROMS to test it and I'm stuck as to how to download a ROM for this emulator. I'm trying to get my hands on a Kirby's Dreamland 3 ROM for it ,but my laptop reffuses to read is because it doesn't support SFC file format. So I'm trying to find ROM download of it thats free and my computer can hopefully read it through my ZSNES emulator. I used to have an emulator on my old computer see so I know how this works to some extent ,but not enough to really find a good site to get ROMS that aren't killing me with pop ups or join up ads when I clearly don't want to join to download one ROM of my choice.

So what Kirby's Dreamland 3 the game came to America for the SNES in 1997 about the time SNES was moving on to the N64 and this was considered one of the last SNES games to come to our shores. I got this as a present from my mom when I still had my SNES before I gave it away to cousins whom are no longer my cousins because of my mom's second marriage and I'll never see this game again either because finding it is damn near impossible even at the Trade a game here in Spokane Valley. It was very kid like fun and I wanna go back down memory lane for it and have it at all times on my laptop for nostalgia and memories.

So anyone got a good site for this ROM?

Sorry, but asking for rom locations is against the Proboards ToS (since roms are technically illegal). So no one can tell you that on the forum.

I'm not sure whether telling how to use them is also against the ToS too, so to err on side of caution that can't be revealed either.

Sorry I didn't know that... Next time I'll not ask if this get the boards in trouble or me arrested whatever the case is for illegal activity or any sort of dealing I guess I'll have to ask elsewhere. Or not mention this again ,but thanks for the warning and I hope you don't get hounded as a mod of this prestigious boards I call my second home. Then again my laptop was having a tough time with the download anyways with the emulator so I deleted it. I'll just have to find another way to get my hands on an old classic for me which is probably going to be through the Wii's virtual console thingy majig. Even though I don't have a wii right now...

ROMs are only illegal if you don't own the original game.

And if you don't own the game, you are only to delete the ROM from your computer within 24 hours of acquiring it.

It's already fixed I don't have the emulator or the game data to do so. Oh well I'll just wait to get my uncle's wii back. If anything just lock this thread its done and served its purpose help or no help.

Seriously? You can use a ROM to 'rent' a game?
