> Birth of Reploids
>The Sigma Virus outbreak. A subspecies of the terrible computer virus from long ago is generated, and begins driving robots mad locally. The human leadership acknowledges these infected robots as Irregulars, and orders them to be disposed of.
> Formation of the Maverick Hunters. Following through with the disposal of Mavericks, the human leadership decides to have Mavericks exterminated by Reploids, and forms the Maverick Hunters. Ironically, the leader of the first generation of Maverick Hunters is Sigma.
> Cain Journal entree may 16.
> Zero awakens. Receiving information of Zero awakening from his capsule and causing violence, the Maverick Hunter Sigma finds and intercepts him. during this incident, Sigma is infected by the unknown computer virus leaking out from Zero’s capsule, but at the same time Zero, having his armor damaged in the battle with Sigma, also becomes infected with the virus. Due to this, Zero’s personality completely changed, and he would turn to working as a Maverick Hunter.
> X joins the Hunters as a B-Rank Hunter. His skill is above his rank but his hesitation is what keeps him down.
> "Day of Sigma OVA" Sigma, commander of the Maverick Hunters rebels.
> Zero is appointed Unit 17th commander in place of Sigma.

> Serges rebuilds Zero. he alters the design and grants Zero the Z-saber. The design is remarkable like Wily's original. (Seen in MM2:Power Fighters) he lacks Zero's Control chip.
> Zero's control chip (brain) survived his death. Dr.Cain tries to rebuild him but most of Zero is unanalyzable and he fails.
> Energy Crystals are discovered as a new reliable power source
> 6 months Pass sense the fall of Sigma. While the war has hardly changed X and the new generation of Hunters head to a factory to whipe out the remaining mavericks.

>Aila is transferred from reploid researching to assist the Hunters due to her quick thinking and her vast knowledge regarding Reploids, her designs skills in making all types of Reploids and Mechaniloids, and her excelling in program analysis and instantaneous data processing
> Alia analizes X's Forth armor and does her best to recreate it. Because the armor's X holds are over 100 years old they cannot be analyzed 100%. X is given the Force armor, an imperfect copy of the Forth armor.
>Mega Man X5 (Falling Colony Incident)
True Scenario: Enigma Fails, Shuttle succeeds. Zero does not go Maverick
> After the fall of Eurasia all hunter units as disbanded and all Hunters group together to account for their losses.
> Gate discovers Zero's DNA in Area Zero. Gate is infected with the Sigma Virus from it and goes Maverick. (2 weeks after X5)
> 3 weeks after X5. Using Zero's DNA Gate creates the Zero Nightmare and High Max. Gates notices the similarity with the Zero's DNA and the Sigma Virus and starts to work on reviving Sigma.
>Mega Man X 6 The Nightmare Incident.
True Scenario: X and Zero team up to defeat Gate
> X Resigns from the Irregular Hunters to help with the restoration of the earth. The Hunters are weakened by his leave. Red, a reploid rumored to be a former member of Repliforce, establishes Red Alert to attempt to replace the Hunters.
> The criminals Aluce and Cedar obtain “Sigma Virus MK2”, they're hunted down by Red and Axl because such protection is worthless against Axl. Axl’s success in this mission attracts Sigma's attention.
> Mega Man X 7 The Red Alert incident.
> The Human Population looks to space for their expansion. The "Jacob Project" is put under way at Point Galapagos. New generation reploids are produced with copy chips and viruses immunity to assist with it. Lumine is assigned as Director. Sigma uses the Jacob project in the shadows to his own means.
> Mega Man X8 Paradise Lost
> New Generation reploids production is halted after Lumine's rebellion.
> Copy Chips reinstate production in Giga city
> General Redips is appointed commander of the Easter Irregular Hunter Base. He keeps his ability's a secret to the public and government, as well as his status as a Irregular.
> X and Axl are promoted to S-class hunters.
22XX
> Force metal Meteor identified in Space (December 2202)
> Force Metal Meteor falls into the sea
> Giga City is formed for the purpose of mining the Meteor by combining research facility's
> Force metal test subjects rebel against the Federation as the Liberion Army (rebellion army)
> Federation forms a task force from the Eastern Irregular Hunter's to deal with the rebels. Other reploids with force metal defect, others are killed.
> Eplison is declared the leader of the rebellion. X, Zero and Shadow are sent in to deal with the rebels.
> Mega Man X CM
> Federation deems Redips Maverick and postpones for further determination of Epsilon's maverick status.
Pre ZERO series
> the human leadership decides for Zero to be sealed away, but due to the influence of scientists studying the Sigma Virus, his cognitive program was removed from his body so the two could be researched separately. (Zero's X6 ending)
> The birth of the Mother Elf. A Reploid researcher of this time (Dr. Ciel’s great-grandmother) studies Zero’s cognitive program and discovers an antibody to the Sigma Virus. She completes the Mother Elf, a program lifeform that can rewrite and erase the Sigma Virus. Afterwards, the scientists in the field of researching the Sigma Virus make researching Cyber Elves their focus.
> The proposal of Project Elpizo. A member of the humans researching Cyber Elves proposes “Project Elpizo,” an operation to create a Reploid that’s a perfect ruler using the Mother Elf’s program rewriting ability. X opposed this operation, but out of fear of a long-lasting war support begins for complete control of Reploids. The confrontation of X’s “philosophy of coexistence” and the human leadership’s “philosophy of rule” begins.
