Well as the title states pick your top 10 Megaman baddies of all time from any of the megaman games. ;D Watch the vids if you like for each.

10. Dynamo
Well he isn't really a bad guy even if gets in your face in X5 ,but in X6 he was just annoying and very useful Nightmare soul investment plan. Anyways the reason he's 10 is because he is so bad that he earns the title I'm a pathetic excuse of robot parts and all I do is sit there and get beat on. So Dynamo a 10 is all you get.

9. Glyde and Birdbots
In number 9 we have Glyde and his bird bot minions all the way from humble begginings of the Misadventures of Tron Bonne to Legends 2 getting blown up and humilated. Glyde earns the 9 spot for being the most pretty boy villian slash underling who leads his birdbots to all sorts of dirty buisness for The Loathe Family. Yeah an underling who leads other underlings who are robot chickens who act like terroists... His famous lines include Ultimate Glyde Laser and every weapon fired he puts his name in front of it. Yeah your Self Centeredness earned you the 9 spot.

8. Bass
Now you all are wondering why did Bass get 8? Well its blantly obvious the dude is as vile as peacock with only one thing on his mind is I will defeat Megaman yet I always lose to him and wonder why? Well that's Bass for you. Did I mention his helmet makes me think of seagulls? Anyways he earns 8 for being the most persistent opponent in a megaman game aside from Dr. Wily and Sigma who are always the recurring boss character.

7. Copy X
Well here we have number 7 Copy X aka the whinny tyrrant and fool of he Zero series for ultimately being reliant on his ultimate armor. Tsk Tsk no skill you pansy ,but yet you earn a 7 because you are a tyrant and a copy of X which is all you have. Oh and the studdering in Zero 3 W-we can't-t fo-orget t-th-that... Yeah your cheap and thats why you get a 7 above Seagull man.

6. Klaymoor and Bola
Again not really the bad guys ,but third party pirate bros with age catching up to them. The reason they get a 6 is because of their skills as diggers at a late age even if they get pwned by Trigger a lot. If anything they have the most sarcastic dialogue so they get a 6 no questions asked.

5. Duo
Alright now we have Duo. No not the Duo from MM8 the Duo from the exe series earns the right of baddie because he had to come in be like I own you all with my giant meteor because you all are evil and because your evil I'm infected and you must stop me or the planet goes a boom boom. Yeah I really hated Battle Network 4 ,but this Duo earns props for being an overly judgemental tight wad. Not to mentions he is really tough if you don't know what your doing... Then again I found BN4 to be really flawed.

4. Sigma
Yeah you were expecting him to be number 1 huh? Well isn't it obvious he be in the higher ups. ;D What is there to say about him? He's downright evil and will do anything to destroy X and Zero. My personal fave version of sigma be the X4 Sigma.

3. Gate
At number 3 we have Gate the Madman of X6. Though he only appears in X6 this guy earns the right to 3 because he was the first Bad guy to harness and misuse Zero's power not counting the battle between X5's Maverick Zero boss fight or the Zero virus of course. Oh well he's just awesome in my opinion including his theme being played in battle and scenes.

2. Dr. Weil
Of all Megaman Villians spawned he defently earns the 2 spot for being downright wicked and cruel. Sure he played a role in Megaman Zero ,but who thought he'd last into the series after.
His crimes include using Zero,'s Original Body, altering the mother elf, starting the Cyber Elf wars trying to repeat the Cyber Elf wars, fire a laser on a settlement, reviving old Mutosreploids, reviving Copy X with a studder in his voice (Annoying), brainwashing, trying to crash his doom weapon on the settlement, merging with his doom weapon twice, and taking Zero with him. Yeah hes the dirtiest most Vile piece of work out there ain't he? But, not enough to get number 1!

1. Megaman Juno
And at number 1 drum roll please. We have the infamous and most unlikely villian Megaman Juno Buerocratic Model 3rd Class Authorizaton 8677 of Kattlox island. The only Megaman Villian who would have thought at first glance this guy was really the one who starts the disaster of Kattleox Island? He smiles and specks in a very calm voice which is a bonus I think, but the real reason s the fact he purges the resident of Kattalox island with the use of Eden every so many years because its his job. And he'll do anything to get his job or protocol done.

5- Doctuh Whywee (Sorry, I just still have Dr. Light's Elmer Fudd voice from the English dub of eight stuck in my head. Doctor Wily.)
He's as persistent and intelligent as the villain of a Saturday morning cartoon from the eighties. He even was one for a while, being voiced by Scott McNeil doing his Rattrap voice with a thick German accent. Being voiced by Scott McNeil is what gets him on the list. But he's still beat out by...

4- Proto Man (From the cartoon)
I've often said that the Ruby-Spears cartoon was a mix of good, bad and double-you-tee-eff-aucity, and one of the things I liked was Proto Man. He inspired Bass, which I guess is a good thing since Bass went on to be a badass in Battle Network, and Scott McNeil had the following dialog with... Well, himself, in the episode of the cartoon called "The Day the Moon Fell";
Dr. Wily: What do you mean, he escaped?
Proto Man: As in: got away, vamoosed, departed, beat feet...
Dr. Wily: I know what the word means!
If Wily has to be so incompetent, then at least we get to enjoy his snarky right hand man making life more difficult for him.

3- Zero
He gets the middle slot for only being a villain, like, a fourth of the time. Sorry, Zero, punch-clock villains just don't make the cut in my Legion of Doom.

2- Freeze Man (In Wily's Defense)
Okay, so I'm kind of cheating here since this one has no personality in any of his canon appearances. But in the web comic In Wily's Defense, Freeze Man is so badass he had to be sealed by angels, and he's cuckoo for cocoa puffs, making an I Love Lucy reference when he punches through the wall, or breaking the fourth wall to ask for the reader's opinion on snow cones.
Any Expy of Deadpool is an awesome villain in my book.

The Mega Man Zero equivalent of Adolf Hitler. That's all that need be said.

5: Elpizo. Why do you say? well lets back track here a bit. First he started out as a federal bureaucrat and was to be erased after finding out of 'project elpizo', which was a plan disregarded by X for its use of the Mother Elf. he later joined the Resistance, held off Neo Arcadia till his ego led him to defeat. While down, he realized he needed to become stronger. here is where it all begins for him to become the most evil person. he leaves the resistance, and starts his single handed assault on Neo Arcadia. Stealing the baby elves he throughout all of neo arcadia's main areas to find its secrets. Take note on how during one of them he and the baby's take down the real X. One point for Elpizo. He later then persuades TWO of the generals to stay and let him go so they can fight Zero, forces Harpiua to do battle, gets into the deepest part of Neo Arcadia and waits for Zero. There he not only frees the strongest being in existence but he destroys the original X, right in from of his best friends eyes. Two more points for Elpizo, three total. Now that the beast is free he goes toe to toe with Zero and loses, becomes an elf, and goes on his mary way. No, not the most evil ending, but he did some damn evil stuff in his time, and the most cunning.

4: Forte.EXE: Enough said with his name, Forte just had that "Im going to kill all humans because I hate them" and went on his way to do so. Even times were known when he nearly killed his own creator, and wily.

3: Wiel (Vile): most people have stated what I need to say. he did kinda make the most destructive machine, and he did kinda destroy a huge population of reploids and humans with it. he also messed up neo arcadia in Z4 after shooting it with his super lazor.

2: Sigma: You know sigma, every X game (cept CM and X6) he has done so much to mess the world up. Dropped a colony on earth, made new reploids that could take any form, persuaded reploiforce and red alert to fight the maverick hunters, the Doppler incident, and you know, the first rebelion. There were also the two extream games where he controls Techno, Garth, and Baraka. he's just pure evil.

1: Wily (Classic): countless trys to take over the world, makes the maverick virus, makes the God of Destruction, lives on as a virus after death in the X series, and he has just been a super terrorist from day one. Without him, the events in MMX would never happen, nor would MMZ or MMZX! Legends too, though I'm unsure how much because Elysium might have been made as well as reverbots and carbons, just might have been soon than it is. really though, there is nothing good about Wily... at all.
