Anyone remember this?



Posted on VG Cats about a month ago, I've seen maybe one new comic since that was posted. It feels like its been a year since Scott updated.

Hmm, I've never read the VG cats comic... Maybe something came up and he can't update anymore? (Computer died? Scanner died? Something else of that sort?)

Or could be he just got tired of doing it and figured this would be easier than actually ending it?

Last update was like, four months ago(More or less, iunno). I'm just pointing out that, to me, it looks like VG Cats is quite dead.

I just skim his news articles posted up there, but it seems like all he's doing is going to Cons and giving publicity to random things. I guess you could attribute the comic being dead to writer's block.. that or just plain laziness.

He updated on the 27th with a new comic.
He also said "Update on a Monday? FANCY THAT. I'll put "Updated Mondays" Back in the title bar when I can keep this up."

It hints that he is thinking of new ideas or perhaps like most would suspect the dude is too buzy perhaps.

I don't think he's too busy if he updated just a few days ago. Haven't checked VG Cats since I started this thread though, so thats a surprise.

Ironically, it appears to have updated when I put this thread up. Har har.

This would annoy me more if he didn't recognise his failure to update and make fun of it. There was a smash bros comic awhile back, they were talking about Brawl being delayed again and one of the characters said "People who can't keep a schedual should be dragged out into the street and shot." Then everyone looked wide eyed at the reader and it panned up to the 'updated mondays' thing.

What really makes me sad, is about every webcomic I read has become inactive or officially ended. In fact, I think Ctrl Alt Del is the only comic I read that still updates regularly.
