Heh, the X-Factor skin has been available since December 9th 2008.
As for the thread introducing it, that would be in the News area, entitled: "Update to the forum."
But I agree, the skin is awesome. (And it's the one I primarily use.)

I discovered its existance last month, despite the thread. I was about to make a very fanboyish ranting pm asking why they didn't tell us to the staff, but we all know how that would've went  X beats Zero. Yaya. |

Hmmm. I like that its something diffrent, like blue. But I think that the Inferno suits FZ better, could be the fire like name or the fact that its ZERO. Either way both are good.

Yeah, Inferno does technically suit this board better, seeing as how it's got regular fire and Zero, and the board is called FlameZero.
But, it doesn't have the Blue Fire of Awesomeness(TM), so I like X-Factor better.
