Because I've been watching too much Whose Line Is It Anyway?, that's why.
If you've never seen a playing of 'Scenes From a Hat', here's how this game works: Every once in a while, I come up with a topic. When I do, you have until I think up the next one to come up with as many one-liners/sketches based on that topic as you can. Try to make them funny, and try not to do too many at once.
