[Silver Stryker]

Far off on some uncharted island rests an abandoned base(no, not Shadow Moses) quite immense in size.

On one side of the base stands three figures:

Solid Snake(Metal Gear Solid): An expert espionage tactics soldier. Equipped onto him is every weapon he has ever owned, somehow he is able to carry all of it and not uh,...show it...>_>;

Nick Fury(Marvel Universe): A seasoned high-ranking soldier greatly capable of both armed and unarmed combat. Thanks to doses of anti-aging serums, he has grown to have far more combat capability than your average joe.Fury has access to a wide variety of equipment and weaponry designed by S.H.I.E.L.D. technicians. He wears a S.H.I.E.L.D. uniform made of 9-ply Kevlar (able to withstand ballistic impact up to .45 caliber bullets) and a Beta Cloth (type C), a fire-resistant material whose kindling temperature is 1700 degrees Fahrenheit.
Fury uses various types of handguns, including a .15 caliber needle gun, a government issue .45 caliber automatic, a captured German Luger in 9mm Parabellum, a modified semi-automatic Walther PPK in 9mm Parabellum, and the Ingram MAC-10 machine pistol in .45 caliber.
As the director of S.H.I.E.L.D., Fury has access to the entire S.H.I.E.L.D. highly advanced arsenal of weaponry, and various air, land, and sea craft provided by S.H.I.E.L.D., and numerous S.H.I.E.L.D. paraphernalia including a radio-link tie, and a bulletproof suit.

John Preston(Equilibrium): A Cleric where in his world, is an expert killer of anyone taking any form of interest in art, literature, or any other subject arousing emotion. Preston fights via gun Kata, able to predict the actions of another gunman and is even able to fire back with excellent accuracy. He has taken down a squadron of elite soldiers(maybe an army, Iunno) primarily with two handguns. All he is equipped with are two handguns and loads of ammo in the form of clips hidden throughout his suit.



While on the other side,...



Liquid: Brother of Solid Snake. Let's say that he is equipped with everything Solid's got...

Wesley Gibson:(Wanted) A mercenary apart of the fraternity to kill those fate has decided to kill. He has the unique ability to curve bullets, and activate super-human capabilities. He is only equipped with two pistols and loads of ammo.

Deadpool:(Marvel Universe) a comical mercenary. Despite his comical ways, his skills are quite deadly. Armed with two pistols, a machine gun, and two katanas.

If it wasn't obvious, the six are on teams: Solid, Fury and Preston Vs. Liquid, Gibson, and Deadpool. I've given the bare minimum info, so how do you think the fight would happen if they started off in a huge empty base, hunting for each other...? Each side has a tactical soldier, a super soldier of sorts, and a mystical gunman...

Well... Firstly I imagine that Fury would establish dominance over Snake and Preston. (Or atleast assume team leader role as that's what he's best at.) His second order would likely to be capture the base's cameras and whatnot so he can monitor the enemies.

Meanwhile, the other team would likely either bicker amongst themselves over who should control it or each end up going their own ways. If they go their own ways, then Team Fury would easily be able to go after them one at a time. But if they form a group then likely Liquid Snake would lead it. And he's going to want the biggest weapons available... So he's going to scour the area for that... Any helicopters or metal gears lying around he'd want.

On the other side, Wesley Gibson isn't going to be that useful here as he can curve bullets, but so can Snake or Fury sort of... (By ricoheting them off other surfaces.) And in confined spaces he wouldn't have enough room to really take advantage of this ability. Infact it would work better for Snake/Fury for the ricocheting bullets. But in an open space, such as a manufacturing room it would be helpful. Though line of sight becomes a bit of an issue for Gibson as he has to know roughly where the target is to shoot. And Snake is a master of sneaking... So it would be hard for Gibson to find Snake before Snake takes him out. (I mean it's kind of hard to use the adrenaline heightened reaction time effect when your throat is slit from behind.)

With Gibson gone, Team Fury is ahead, so then it'd be to get rid of one of the others next... But both are going to be difficult to take down. Liquid because he's fought Snake before and is just as tough as him. And Deadpool has that healing ability and the teleporters as well as he's a tough fighter. So optimally, Liquid Snake would be easier to take down. Have Snake lead the offense and likely Snake will just kill Liquid himself. That leaves Fury and Preston to hunt Deadpool...

If they found him, then Fury might have a bit of an edge over Preston because Preston doesn't know Deadpool where Fury might. So Fury would be more familiar with Deadpools fighting style. But Preston would be able to counter Deadpool's gunplay easier.

But the numbers would be on Team Fury's side, and as long as Team Fury works together they should win. But Deadpool's taunts may have a somewhat destabilizing effect if he directs them at Preston who may not have had to deal with Deadpool before...

Hmm...

When Gibson shot the wings off a fly, I dunno if it was simply the dramatizing movie effects or actually him, but the flaps of the wings of the flies could be heard. Snake, however, is the best at what he does so I'm basically just saying that there's a small, EXTRA small possibility that Gibson could get a little lucky.

That's pretty much the only thing I can try to question....hmm, I'll be keeping Team Fury in mind...

Well for me it comes to specific matchups. I think Snake beats Deadpool, he's got to be somewhat used to cyper ninjas by now doesn't he?

And then everything Virus said. So Team 1 wins.

...everyone? Why? There are teams, and deadpool's not crazy enough to kill everyone(if he could)

I underestimated here. Shic is right in that Deadpool is a bit insane....but you really think that he'd kill the other two allies?

I don't think he'd kill his allies, even though he's crazy he wouldn't do it because the odds aren't in his favour. Especially if he knows Fury is there...

But also, him thinking he's equal to Wolverine has lead him to some nasty problems... namely getting injured due to arrogance and overconfidence. Has it not?

So if that's the case then if he rushes off to attack the others, he might end up getting himself killed early. (As his healing powers aren't as strong as Wolverines, so he takes enough bullets and he'll go down quicker than a twinky at a weightwatchers meeting.)

he might have something to defend against bullets he is a merc after all. but you make a good point he might know that the odds are against him and try to control himself
