You should get a email from Anonymous after a while [after meeting him and fighting him.].
Go find him, the location is mentioned in the email.

I never recived that Email, though I did get one about fight Solo after the game. Gemini is found in Wazap in the ruins, just talk to Pat and he'll tel you where to go. I S ranked him on my first go on his SP form so ya he's either really east or I just know how to own him due to my fight him all the time in ST1
