4) Most important, what timezone is he/she from (It can either be a real timezone from the game or a fictional timezone)
5) Making and appearance is optional
6) What game is it from (Ts, Ts2, Tsfp)
7) You must make a gesture (what he she does and/or says), Gallery information (like the character's background)
8) Does your character have any relations (like related, in a relationship.

Accuracy: 2/10 (what do you expect he has a cupoard on his head)

Caption: "Peek-a-boo, I.....can't see you".
Story: Peek-a-boo pete is one of the worst recruits of Big tony's gang. The reason he wears a Cupoard over his head is that Braces "accidental" burned his face with a flamethrower. He could of used a bag instead. He wears a white shirt with a black tie and black trousers and an ancient Victorian cupboard over his head. In other words he's the city's idiot.
Unlock: Do Arcade mode room for one more, get Silver or lower
