The World Ends With You

Well it's a game where you play as Neku (forgot last name), who apparently has to survive 7 days in a sort of contest made by an organisation called The Reapers. The Reapers control the game, and the missions that are given out, though Neku meets a girl by the name Shiki early in the game, she sticks around as your partner for the game.

I've only just started playing, and i'm addicted to it, it's got a hip-hop theme with psychic powers, the setting is in Shibuya, Japan. The game overall is extremely good, though at first the battle system would be a little awkward, but later on, it'd be much easier to use.

Though if i can recall correctly, it was called A Wonderful World before the new name The World Ends With You. Well at least the name's lost it's ability to mislead a person, without the credits, you can tell it was made by Square Enix too.

The World Ends with You (In Japan it's called "It's a Wonderful World") is an excelent game.

I've already finished the entire game, quite longer than one would expect (3 Reaper's Games, 22 Days, 3 Partners - Shiki on 1st week, Joshua on 2nd week and finally Beat on 3rd week)

Won't spoil much but it's a beautiful game with very awesome graphics and bosses (Ovis Cantus - Shiki, Day 7 and Draco Cantus - Beat, Day 7 are just goddamn huge and awesome) and a story filled with twists that keep unveiling on you on each day.

Every single song in the game has lyrics. (The game also retained some of the Japanese songs)

You'll have to look on two screens for the battles, but that's just something that'll take some time to get used to. By the 2nd Week, you'll be pro.

I completed about everything in the game but im still getting pin and item completions. Been harvesting shadow and dark matters lately. I am a uber powerful Neku/Joshua fighter. The only boss that can really give me trouble is Panthera Cantus.

Zetta-man's fun, Chef-guy's way easy, and Nerd Maiden's easy if you know the sequence, Snakes-with-shades is fun too.

I apologize for Necromancing this tread, but i merely come here to add my opinion of the game and to provide links.

I have just started playing the game, but so far i really enjoy it. I'm on day 3 right now. I'm still not use to the battle system yet, but i'm getting there. It's hard for me to concentrate on two places at once. >.< But as far as the graphics go they are really well done. I love the art work. The music is awesome too. Very catch beat. The characters are also very well developed. You start to connect with them more and more as the story progresses. Not to mention that the story line has a nice flow to it. New information is presented more and more as the story goes on and it's not all loaded onto you at once. Because of that you learn about the game at the same rate that Neku does.

Fairly Good game..
A little Short.. but I loved it all the way through..

it was a cozy game :3
