that was Woodman from a fully charged Atom Blazer. True that one hit can kill him, Metalman is worse considering that one shot of his own weapon takes him out. All in all though, considering it long and hard, Toadman is most likely the weakest one there.

this may be a little wtf.
But the easiest bossi've ever beaten was the colonel from x4. Even on hard mode he was easy. I just lvoe the teleportation and the jumping nonstop.That wasa na adventure than fighting sigma

Colonel is easy. Hover, drop shoot, hover. Or round to just walk kick.
