Has anyone seen this series? It's one of my favorites. They used to run it on Toonami a long while back, but seeing it uncut is SO much better. The story of a man named Gene Starwind trying to live out his life on a little planet with his twelve year old genius partner, Jim Hawkings. A series of events with an infamous outlaw, a bio android, and the Space Pirates drag him into the mess that is "The Galactic Leyline", said to be a massive treasure in space. Through these events, he gets a special ship and forms a very strange crew, looking for informaton on the Galactic Leyline while being pursued by pirates.
That's a basic overview, I left a LOT out. It should be important to note the pirates are VERY Chinese, using Tao magic, knowing mrtial arts, and at times, wear imperial-type clothing.

Seen it, bored of it.
*Just not interested in space related animes/movies/etc. simply because it is so over used and doesn't make much of a spark in my interest anymore after watching lets say........over 10 movies it gets boring

If you watch the series "Angel Links", it's based in the same universe. In Outlaw Star, there was a cross-over episode between the two series.

I loved the opening. But does the opening always change like Naruto does?

Yeah why is naruto always changing the opening like that? It's hard to find a favorite that way.

Exactly 8. The 8th is Nauto Re:member which Flamezero made a (awsome) flash on. Allthough pretty soon in the future there's gonna be another opening.
