One of the best tactical RPG games ever gets it's own anime series.
It doesn't follow exactly the story of the game (Example, it's Flonne who wakes up Laharl in the anime instead of Etna)
It seems pretty cool, it has 3D. I only saw one episode and I'm impressed so far, I wonder what course will the story take, the same o the game?

i saw episode 11 a few days ago. i just hope that the ending won't suck like most anime and that it sticks to the game with its good ending.

Personally, I'd prefer reading the manga. The anime is just WAY to off track for me. A mean, come on; what's Gordon doing there in Episode 1?! That's FAR too early for him to be appearing.

I'd rather play the game but......I didn't have the money at the time it was released so now I'm saving up for Makai Senki Disgaea 2, and as for the anime.....it reminds me so much of Pokemon like how Gordon and his team blasts off all the time.

The great thing about Disgaea 2: Hour of Darkness is that you don't need to play the first game in order to understand it.
