I'd say that you're all those things, although I would just say "European." Almost everyone in the States has a little Native American in them, since it's bad luck for women to be on ships, and the settlers still had to populate.
But that's not really the issue here, since a large part of Chad's ancestry is Mexican, and his father is probably the first Japanese person in the line.

For some reason that reminds me...
Besides the easy answer of "its an anime" I challenge you to come up with a good reason for why shinigami can fly, but dust is still created when they are pushed back and they still stand as if they were on the ground.

Becuase they have tiny teleporters in thier clothing that activate when they get pushed back and dust comes through them.....lol...I'm just kidding about that.

You know whats funny? Kukaku Shiba looks like a certain somebody, just like Ichigo looks like somebody else in the Shiba Clan. Can you guess who? Take a picture of Kukaku (with out the white spots...), and put it next to a picture of Karin Kurosaki. The facial featurs are similar, along with some of the attitude. Ichigo looks like Kaien Shiba, the eldest brother of the Shiba Clan. The one who killed him is rather obvious, but for a different reason then what Ganju says. Anyway, I'm done ranting....I wonder what Kukaku's dad looked like...

Bout the shinigami can fly thing, they simply cant, they can jump onto the air, thats right onto, they make a solid hold for their feet using spirit particles, not sure why they never say, but i'm sure its true, now please move onto another subject, though no one really cares if Kukaku looks like Karin in a way, Kaien Shiba, or the other way around in japenese looks like Ichigo, just his hair, more info on him is that he was vice-captain of the 13th sqaud, his wife was 3rd seat of the 13th squad, nice arrangement eh?
Then after he died because of Rukia, well, that or they both die, and that dangerous experimental hollow stays loose, or that the hollow is slain, and so is a vice-captain. Instead, they chose, Rukia kills Kaien taken over by the hollow, who got slain in the process, and Ganju becoming a Shinigami hater ;D, yep they chose that, which ensued that Ichigo and friends can get through to soul society, so basically, without Kaien getting killed, and Ganju seeing the dead body of his brother, with a sword (i think) going through him, Ichigo would probably be dead.....yep that bout covers it.
Funny fact: have you noticed that every person who gets wounded to 99% of their energy gone, somehow gets back up in like 3 days? wouldnt you be out for a week? Really, its ridiculous, some people are like "will they ever die???!!!!" and just when they're bout to die DUN DUN DUUUUUUN!!!!!!!!...they get back up...
Then theirs Kaien, Kukaku and Ganju's father, just take rumor that he could look much like Kurosaki Isshin aka Ichog's dad.

About the thing about recovering in, like, three days.
Remember the crappy bounto arc and how the bounto could absorb spirit particles at a very fast rate to heal almost instantaneously? Well, during that arc, someone, I think it was Rukia, mentions that shinigami can absorb spirit particles to heal also. Just not nearly as fast as bounto. And does anybody know when the fighting will resume in the anime? Its been like 3-4 episodes of doing stuff with the normal people.

Yes it takes like 3 days at least, but Rukia lost her powers for a period of time, took direct damage to her soul, those take months to recover, but physical damage when your in shinigami form, is ike getting cuts and injuries. So anyways, Bounto can absorb them on will, Shinigami absorb automatically, not deliberatly, without the control of that, shinigami cant absorb heaps all at once, so the bounto can due to their control over the particles.

Yes but an accelerated absorbtion of spirit particles would build up in them (Because they all wouldn't be diffused immediately on use) and so each time it would be less and less effective at restoration... (That or it'd take more spirit particles to recover the same sized injury.)
However going back to the why there is dirt going around them when using the floating technique... My theory is that since there is minute particles of dirt in the air and the technique makes a solid platform in the air, the dirt also gets clumped together, then as it falls away from the platform it breaks apart again, so it looks like the dust is blowing around them.
But they could technically fly like this because if they can stand on their reiatsu then they could force it to push them... (Which is how the DBZ style flight is explained anyway. And it is virtually the same.)

They never explained how absorbing spirit particles work, but shinigami heal at 1 pace, depending on their reiatsu, for example, someone with a strong reiatsu will heal faster then someone with a weak reiatsu, due to the fact of them absorbing spirit particles, they dont need that much, they can use their internal reiatsu to heal naturally, but people with weaker reiatsu take longer because they dont have so much reiatsu, they have to absorb spirit particles, but they cant accelerate the speed.

That question actually has two possibilities, either he never learns it anyways, or he does, but the manga/anime hasnt gotten up to it. But if he did, which i mean to say he could, he'd be like some war god, but it'd take him 8 years to learn bankai anyways.

Kenpachi has yet to learn the name of his blade in the anime. I do not read the manga in advance, as I simply keep up with the anime. I think it would be cool if instead of making his blade an ally, he'd use brute force to dominate the Zanpakutō, thus achieving Shikai and even Bankai.
But hey, it's just a cool idea I had.
Kenpachi is also one of the few shinigami who lacks actual training, relying entirely on skill and experience, much like Ichigo, who's only training comes from Urahara. This is why Kenpachi and Ichigo never use any Kidō. I'm very interested in how their relationship will develope in the future, as it seems to have great potential.

The relationship between Ichigo and Kenpachi would actually be quite slow, because Ichigo avoids him while Kenpachi hunts him, as Zaraki has a low sense of direction thus letting Ichigo slip away, also Urahara isnt Ichigo's only training he received, later in the Anime he trains with the Vaizard, i dont read the Manga also, since i dont really care... Also your idea of the Shikai Bankai for Zaraki is a cool idea, though learning Bankai is difficult due to the fact of having to be able to materialize your Zanpakuto, since he doesnt have its name, he cant, but if he learns the name of his Zanpakuto while "dominating" it, its possible for him to learn Bankai.
Hehe, who likes my Avatar BTW =D look at it, seriously ;D
