Yesterday, I decided I was going to take out my Starfox Adventures manual and look up Dino talk. Then, a thought occurred to me. This would be fun as a forum game. For those that don't own the game, I am going to post the key to writing and speeking dino. So here it is.
English: A E I O"you"
Dino: "you" O A E I
M is shared in both languages.
There is no Y in dinosaur talk. Replace it with an O.
English: B C D F G H J K L N P Q "are" S T V W X Z
Dino: "are"S T V W X Z B C D F G H J K L N P Q
Names and Places are pronounced in English.
Complete example:
English: X IS THE PACIFIST MASTER OF ALL REPLOIDS
Dino: X UJ KXO XUSAVAJK MUJKOH EV UCC HOFCEATJ
So, some of you might be thinking, why do this? I am curious to see if we could be so fluent in dino that we don't need the english anymore (at least on this game).
Until that happens (if ever), please post the english and dino. If nothing else, doing this will give us a good laugh when trying to read the dino.
Oh yeah, one more thing. If you use a "you" alone, put in in quotations so that the board doesn't change it to "you".
