It means, basically the ultimate, the unbeatable, etc... most people use it when they want to feel special about being good with computers. As for the actual topic of this forum, I think that the X series was the best, since the zero series is to depressing...

You know, each series has it's gems. Here are my personal favorites.
Megaman 1-3
Megaman 7, 8, RnF (MnB XD)
Legends 1-2
MMX 1-4
MMX CM
MMBN 2, 5
MMZ 1, 3
These were just the best and freshest of the MM games, and I had the most fun playing them. Overall, I'd say that my all-time favorite is MMX4.
