Enough uncertainty. Someone needs to clarify how to do this. Luckily, I know how it works. All you have to do to get the forms is do what the list tells you on a new level and kill it's boss. That's all. END.

I think you might not unlock new forms until you complete the game. Could be the level though, I haven't played Z2 in forever, I think its kind of easy though.

All you hav to do is do all the things required to get that form THEN kill the boss of the level you did all that stuff on

@ nekorockman: People like to be anti-specific, so they dont put that much detail, you'd be lucky to find a guide where its specific, if you did find one, the maker cares for the people, *praises the maker*.
@....probably everyone...: Ultima form is i thought getting all syber elves...but use all CEs?... i didnt think they'd go that far....
