Cant walk there. It's like a dead end until you go through the door back to normal world.

If you tried walking to the end you'll figure that out yourself. There's more than on cyber world per stage and they usually appear once when you don't really need it, and then the other one appears somewhere around a spike chamber so you do need it. I found the Cyber world completely useless in Deathtanz's stage. His stage is mostly for finding items then going through anywhere difficult.
