I vote for 2 because even though it's the hardest for me, it's the game that made me addicted to getting S's and all those sweet Ex-skills.
Also my first delve into the megaman series, and now I have subsequently beat em' all(most of em, I don't have every system, Psp, Ps2 ect.)

MMZ3 ALL THE WAY
The twist in the plot when omega turns out to be in original zero's body is AWESOME
also, i love the fact that MMZ3 is the only megaman game (I've seen) that dosent have a giant none human lookin robot as the last boss.

Are you talking about how in just about every last Mega Man game scince X1 (with exceptions like X2), the final boss has been screen sized whereas the previous one was human-like?

And also, Mega Man Zero 3's final boss does leave the question of wether or not the Zero series takes place in the same series as the X series (I mean, Weil was saying that Omega was in Zero's original body, but it looked like a recolor of the Zero series body), but other than fueling the fans of fanspeculation, MMZ3 was a near perfect game. It was the first game in which Zero could double jump, it introduced the best MM villain ever to grace the GBA, it had fun bosses (I never get tired of pummeling the crap out of Blazin' Flizzard) I could go on and on about the great awesome things about MMZ3, but I won't. It is just the best. Even better than Z4. Really.
