Megaman Zero 5 is actually in production already, and Megaman Battle Network 6 too.
Capcom informed that there will not be a Megaman 9 or a Megaman Legends 3
I have no information on Megaman X

Whoa whoa, where did you get this info? I thought 4 was the last zero game for some "reasons", I heard mmbn 5 was going to be the last in the series, and they were deffinatly working on a megaman 9 to clear up the cataclysm.... Me so confused  !! |

I believed Zero faces an unfortunate fate in the fourth part? I read that in some spoilers I REALLY didnt want to see. Anyway, if they going to continue now they REALLY going to destroy the series! Someone MUST stop Capcom before its too late!

Megaman Axl is not going to exist.
They said "Megaman Axl will be created if enough fan demands"
Few fans wanted it so they canceled the Megaman Axl project.
Zero5 and MMBN6 was confirmed.
I obtained Zero5 info from Capcom.jp
and i obtained MMBN6 info from Planet Megaman.

eh, an axl game would just be milking the X series even more.
Theres 8 X games, 4 Zero games, the 2 gameboy games, and that RPG! it's.....too much

Well battle network series are getting a little bit weirder to me..The first three games rocked though.
About Megaman Zero 5 - well I think It will be fine - coz at the end of Megaman Zero 4 we only saw Zero's helmet destroyed right ? Also I love the zero series.
About axl series ? uhm...Well I know about Axl , But I never had the chance of playing with him since I doN't have a ps2.So No comment about this series.
About Megaman 9 - Well Isn't "Megaman and bass" the nineth Megaman Original ? O.o

well, there were 8 games between the NES, super NES, and playstation.
a few years ago (2?) Megaman and Bass came out for the GBA. Some people call it Megaman 9, others call it more like Megaman 8.5
