I hate it that the good games alway come out in japan first why cant they make the english one during the time they make the japanese one its messed up!!  I know, the only thing that came out here 1st that i can think of is PSP and mabey the Xbox |

1. Megaman X8 came out in the US before arriving in Japan or Europe.
2. The reason they don't just "send it here first" most of the time is because they are Japanese products, which WE import. Importing takes time you see, and so does translation. Rarely is this process ever done in reverse, unless the game is made in the US(in this case, it is NOT). Otherwise, if they made the game and then immediately released it here, it would be entirely in Japanese, because it is a JAPANESE game. 
And 3rd, it's not "messed up". What's messed up, to me, is thinking that your demand for a product is more important than those in the country these games are manufactured. Don't like it? Well, that's your problem really, because they're not gonna change everything just to suit one whiney forum-goers needs.

Sorry for the rudeness there Flamezero, but come on. They spend all those months working on a product, they should be allowed to have it first. If you built a model airplane, you'd wanna test it out for yourself before lettin' your friends try it out, right?
