Sun and Moon: Ryuuseigan are-Attack+30 *-Uninstall are (I think hte first one is anti-dmg)
twin leaders: this one has two ways of useing here they are BluesSP B-NaviScout *-Colonel *
ColonelSP C-NaviScout *-Blues *

I got the last PA last night and now all I need is 27 more bugfrags to get my BugRiseSword to complete everything except secret chips. As fas a I know, I don't need all the secret chips to fight Gregar SP and get the Double Beast Out chip.

In Japan it's an E-Reader card, in the you.S. it's a graphic-less chip in Undernet Zero that can be obtained after defeated Gregar SP (in my version).

Beat Gregar SP and it's in a yellow Mystery Data in Undernet Zero, don't know which one though.
