And in Under ground 2 after you beat the game and beat Bass SP the one in the graveyard, and theres a Black navi somewhere in there so look around

No underground is where you fight bass BX and theres a black navi in undernet Zero you might need to use a link navi to get to him though I don't really remember because I got the chips like 5 months ago

The Undernet Zero that has the black navi selling Life Aura is accessed from Undernet 2 at the purple password-protected gate. The password itself is 012 if my memory serves me right. The navi appears at any time.
